Thought you guys should see this but seeing as no-one else has posted it already, i thought i might. this is the BMW M3 GTR mod not made by me.

I think (not entirely sure) its made by Pollox Da Bollox.

Hmm? I went on that website IMO! i think he has taken peoples mods and renamed them? Cause the camaro intake basbas did first (I think)..? :confused: Im not sure... Ill give it a look at just incase. Cause some of those have been done here i believe.. Im not jumping to conclusions but yeah..

Edit: Just download the Veyron from his site and doesn't basbas's replace the Endois?

Yep, i have a feeling that S15 is SP038's.. And no doubt the Audi R8 is basbas's beta R8. Although? i don't see any of my cars up there.

they're not my mods. its not my site. Pollox does mention that they're aren't his mods, and i'd also like to note that i only found them cos a guy i was cruising with mentioned the site. if people don't like it then feel free to complain... TO POLLOX!!! not me... if one of the admins would like to delete this thread then thats fine by me. just thought i'd post it cos i couldn't remember seeing the M3 mod released....that was all..... sorry for any disruption of the forum.

ooh off topic @FenixZ and SP038: are there any updates for the VAZ2101 at all... only i drove it about 100 miles today and enjoyed every second of it. btw the driver is on the roof of the car if you see another one on the road. :)

nice one Tool! i must admit that stealing and copyright breaking are some of the things that really annoy me. its disgraceful that anyone could have the nerve to call something they've had no hand in they're own.

@fenixZ: do you mean its the same model as hierOS's or Pollox's own? if its different it'll probably only have been made to fit the F1.

As my signature says "Modding is for fun, Not war." but that supra did look dodgy cause the rear lights looked misty etc. I will do mine anyway cause mine is a Targa top :D

We modders don't allow file changes one mainly is erasing the original 'Readme.txt' or even putting down the original creators names.. I would say either erase them or put the original files from the original download.. Even that you didn't ask to host it on your site.:)

tools did u get my email? as far as original mods blah blah blah as i said most are sent to me via xfire with just body an interior files an i change them how i would enjoy using them, i never receive readme files, and as from a copyright and legal point of view my contact details are available an i await to hear from any of you that want to go down that road :to be honest guys i do change things around but i aint claiming to make these mods, people actually do prefer my versions aswell an i will supply the original files to them if i have them, my site was only ment for me and my mates, since the link was put here its had more views than the last 3 months, to be honest id raher u remove it as i dont want everyone driving the same cars as me. now u lot can moan whine an create all this hassle on a sunday if u want but im gonna go cruisin, maybe u should try out the sounds an rims that i put with the cars and start creating all round complete car replacements, :twisted::twisted: (atari do not allow any modding or adaption of files supplied on the original game cd)

one of my friends will send me car files in a bnk format using a chat program (example msn or xfire or skype) I having received these files will rename them to a car that I like using and make a sound file for to complment the car, I will then Upload it to My site so my Friends or anyone who wants to can enjoy it!
as for the typo's ive got a banging hangover a baby crying in 1 ear and a dog barking in the other.... welcome to adulthood :P

id like to add that any of you lot that have Killalls Sound pack are probably using my ruf sounds but i never wanted any credit for them as for me i just like to help( and if u have the pack check the readme its proof ;))

This thread is literally going nowhere. All these guys are asking is that you retain the original copyright for the files and also mention on the website that the model, rims, building, textures or whatever was created by whichever author did so. The creators may let it go if you do this however they also have the right to ask that you remove their copyrighted work from your site also, in fact we [TDUcentral] had to do this a couple of months ago and had no trouble doing so as we don't hold any rights to the files anyway.

All these people are saying are respect the work they have done and if you are xfired some files or whatever with no hint at who the creator or author is then mention this next to the download, something like Creator: Unknown (email me if you know).

It's all well and good helping the players of TDU enjoy the game with new mods and additions to the game but this still takes time and people will want to be acknowledged for it, that's all.

Now come on now Play nice. :D

In response to the typing correctly the reason is because those who learn English will do so in the proper manner and if you write in shorthand or txt spk etc then they have little chance of understanding or having a fairly decent translation to their own language via Google Translate for example.

I know this is closed, but I thought I'd add my input, I have removed the links from the first post as my mods (McDonalds and others) have been posted on that site and I asked him and his mates to at least add copyright, months ago! They refused! So I doubt it will be done now. Therefore took the liberty to remove the links as it breaches the creators copyright.
