Lamborghini Murcielago Gauge Fix

This small interior mod fixes the backdrop for the gauges (Around the tach and so on). It makes it so that your Murc is no longer going to explode. No more always-on service lights. I just finished doing it on my lappy, don't have access to TDU right now, so it's untested so far. If someone could please give it a try?...

Should be able to test myself in a few hours, but it's still a beta for now. I'll post a screenie then. I hope I got it right *Crosses fingers*.

I've opened your bnk to check this new texture. And it won't work well in-game.

You'll have to save your DDS again. The image is all upset (maybe a wrong DDS setting ?).

And what was that suffix it appended when it was all repacked? It bacam esomething like Murc_Cpe_I.bnk.bak.

Just went to test, game crashes as soon as enter the Lambo dealer.

Any ideas?

EDIT: By the way, I only did the one texture, it was like hr_cockpit. Did I need to do another one of them?

.bak is your backup; A copy of original file 'in case of'.

the file you should use is the Murc_Cpe_I.bnk

Try to save your DDS in another DXT format (try DXT1, DXT5)

Thanks, I'll give it a try when I get the laptop back from my "webkinz"-obsessed brother.
I assume those options are just the in file type drop down type list?

EDIT: Got the game to run with it, but it still displays the old one?

@Him (http://forum.tdu-central.com/member.php?u=2308): I would recommend if you don't wanna stuff around with .DDS settings download 'Dxtbmp' this program automatically looks at the original .DDS settings and sets it when you update the texture etc. :)

While you're at it, is there any way to clear up the dash in the Murcielagos?

I don't know about the rest of you but all the numbers are fuzzy in my Lambo and it's the only car that is like that :(
