Hello!

I downloaded some cars from your library, and I installed them into the right game folder. I fixed the BNK file, but after te lauching of the game, all is black, I can't see anything except the menu.
When I try to drive my car ( an Alfa GT convertible made by Djey), I only can see the RPM and speed counter, and the map...

A little screen :

I hope that you can help me, and tell me what I have to do to fix that problem!

Thanks a lot!

Try Downloading Djey's Magic Map For MegaPack Users (http://forum.tdu-central.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=5959&d=1224243574) Install That Into X:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk. X Being The Drive You Installed TDU On And Let Me Know If That Fixed It

Yep sounds like a Magic Map or should I say lack of Magic Map issue. Good man Nitro in helping the guy out. +rep

Well, I downloaded the map, I placed it into the right folder, I restarted the game but there's the same bug...

Maybe have I to reinstall the game?

Video card drivers? Also, try downing your graphics too. Perhaps a setting has messed up? Or maybe the brightness has gone right down.

If that doesn't work, try reverting back to original and see if the problem still lies there. If it does then I would suggest a re install, but make sure to back up your profile :)

Hope I helped

I dont think its the map1.bnk problem otherwise it would have crashed exactly in that moment he loads the car you have edited or added. I like that reinstall Idea solves most cryptic TDU problems^^

Press the windows key+r and type %preogram data% click ok and then delete the atari and tdu folders before you reinstall as it leaves all the crap in there

Hi!
Yesterday, I've reinstalled the game (without deleting old folders) and the game run correctly... I changed the cars and all run correctly! In fact, the problem is the mod of the Alfa GT. I bought another car and the screen wasn't black. But the textures were... How can I define that? :

I'll reintall the game using the NitroBlue's method, and I come back to tell you if it's works! ;)

that looks like a graphics card issue. I had that on San Andreas on my Laptop. Updated the drivers and it got rid of the buggy textures.

It's the first time it happens to me...
The game worked perfectly before I change the cars! :p
And I have the lastest drivers!

Thanks a lot, but I'm sure that's not a driver problem! ;)

You Never Know Until You Try Everything And Judging By Those Artefacts I'd Say Its Either Driver Or Your Graphics Cards Nackered

I had to install the last drivers to run Far Cry 2...
My GPU (EN7900GTX) is overclocked (450/600->660/850) since almost one year and TDU run perfectly...
I am sure that the problem is due to the Alfa GT that is not supported by my system...

All The Mods Are Is Basically A Body Swap Mod And Body Textures Dont Effect The Entire Game Like That Theyre Prone To Crashing The Game At Startup, In The Showroom Or The Car Doesnt Display. If Your Cards Overclocked So Much Try Dropping Back To Stock And Work Your Way Back Up Slowly If That Doesnt Help You Then I Think Your Cards Had It

I was sure that was not a GC problem! :D
I reinstalled the game, and I replaced the cars exept the Alfa an everything works perfectly!

Thank you very much for your help! ;)

You need the magic bnk1.map (http://forum.tdu-central.com/showthread.php?t=3739).
